When designing a two-room apartment in a panel house, a number of restrictions arose: a compact layout did not allow for the creation of a modern open space, so some of the walls and partitions had to be disposed of. In such houses, according to the project, the bathroom is separate, while both the bathroom and the toilet have a very small area. They decided to combine to get a larger room.
Layout
In the interior of a 2-room apartment there is a hallway and a kitchen connected by a corridor. A sliding door to the bedroom allows you to further expand the space and visually combine all the rooms in the apartment, except for the living room. This isolation of the living room is quite justified, since quite often it plays the role of a guest bedroom.
Thus, all the functional areas are separated, but in general the interior of the apartment is 46 square meters. m. looks holistic due to the use of neutral light tones as the main color in all rooms. Against this background, bright color accents of textiles, posters, and decorative furniture facades are particularly well perceived.
Living room
The interior of a 2-room apartment is designed in the same style, but each room has its own “face”. In the living room, first of all, attention is drawn to the ceiling, over which small square-shaped lamps are randomly scattered.
Yellow and blue are the primary colors used in the decor. They are present in the decoration of furniture, on the curtains, in posters above the sofa and on the opposite wall.
Two small tables can be combined or used separately from each other, two poufs - one yellow, and the other blue also move freely at the request of the owners. Using them in the living room can take more guests. All this is a riot of colors of the interior apartment 46 square. m. in the living room softens and combines a calm dark gray carpet.
Opposite the window is a roomy shelving. It will store books, souvenirs, as well as bedding and other things that should not be put on public display. Therefore, part of the shelves is left open, and part is covered with facades of a neutral shade. Irregular alternation of open and closed shelves gives dynamism to the room.
Kitchen
The interior of the apartment is 46 sq. M. m stands out kitchen. Small, painted in white in order to appear more spacious, it nevertheless has its own, quite definite character. It is determined by the design of the apron and the wall behind the stove and wears a clearly defined “industrial” style.
The whitewashed brick of the wall, the metal extractor with the high “tube” of a simple geometric shape - all this unequivocally refers to the loft style.
Wooden folding chairs occupy little space and fit perfectly into the atmosphere of a loft, especially equipped with decorative pillows for sitting in covers of the American flag worn by time.
The small size of the kitchen does not allow organizing a dining area in it, so the window sill was replaced with a wide countertop made of artificial stone, for which you can comfortably have a snack or even have lunch.
Bedroom
In the design of a two-room apartment in a panel house, bright, rich colors are used as an accent, for example, in the bedroom it is thick grassy green.
Green not only facades on the closed shelves of a rack, but also curtains on windows, and even an armchair. In the same colors made a poster on the wall above the bed, as well as a bedspread.
The working area is located along the window, above it there are uneven pendant lamps complicating the space and harmonizing its perception.
The role of bedside lamps perform black wall lamps, the location of which can be changed due to the hinged base. In addition, they look very decorative.
Bathroom
The design of a two-room apartment in a panel house envisaged the integration of a toilet and a bathroom into a single whole. It turned out a room of sufficient volume to fit the washing machine there - its place near the sink, and on top it is covered with a table top that extends to the wall.
The soft blue floor blends beautifully with the white walls and with the “pisselny” pattern of decorative tiles that lined the walls surrounding the bath.
Behind the toilet part of the wall is decorated with mosaic blue tiles. The theme of the right angles in the design is maintained by the unusual form of bathroom equipment: the bathtub, the sink, and even the toilet here are rectangular!
Entrance area
Acquaintance with the interior of a 2-room apartment begins with a hall area. Immediately upon entering, guests are greeted by a bright orange pouf - the main and only decorative element of this zone.
The gray planes of the walls are broken by mirrors having different sizes - this makes the interior dynamic. Since the floors in the hallway are experiencing the greatest load, they were laid out with ceramic granite tiles, but the design was chosen “under the tree” to give the room more warmth. Drawing on the tile is in harmony with the finish of the cabinet. To save space, the bedroom door was made sliding.
