Design of a one-room loft-style apartment

The designers decided to design a one-room loft-style apartment to their own taste, acting as customers of the project. The striking features of the style are the old brick masonry, the ceiling frame not covered with anything, the pipelines, the surrounding walls play the role of the main decorative accents.

The impression is complemented by open wiring and electric lamps hanging from the ceiling on simple cords without lamp shades. It turned out a very modern open space, masculine in style, drastically different from the standard odnushki of a small area.

A stylish loft in a one-room apartment is designed for a man who loves an active life, parties in large companies and long journeys. Such a person does not sit on the ground, he is open to everything new - and the open space of the apartment emphasizes this.

Designers deliberately removed internal partitions and fixed doors. Neither bulky storage systems, nor even the usual large bed is not here - in a one-room loft-style apartment it is quite possible to do without them. Of course, this situation is not suitable for everyone, for example, a young family with a baby is unlikely to be very comfortable. But for a young man who is still only looking for himself and the path of his self-realization, this is what is needed.

Creating a youth loft in a one-room apartment, the designers combined all the zones in one and managed to avoid their separation. The sofa forms a cozy resting place in the evening, and at night turns into a bed, saving precious space.

At the same time, both the kitchen and the dining room are all compact and convenient. However, a studio apartment in the loft style was conceived for a young man who is not too bothered to cook, but who loves to communicate with friends, so the kitchen can be hidden behind folding facades with just a few light movements, and the whole room turns into a living room for parties.

Here everything is open and “transparent”, even outerwear is not removed in the closet, but is free to see on a separate hanger. The hallway sets the tone for the whole house - no secrets, no secrets, everything is accessible to the friends who come here.
