Apartment design 37 sq. M. m. was created for a young man who first needed functionality. He also paid great attention to the possibility of a comfortable rest after strenuous everyday life. Two more important requirements are the availability of a place to work and a place to receive guests, of which there are many in the house. Before the authors of the project was a significant budget constraint, but they coped brilliantly with this.

The interior design of a 1-room apartment provided for the simplest finishing due to limited means: this is mainly wallpaper, as well as painting walls. In the decoration of the bathroom used ceramic tile.

The color solution was chosen based on the taste of the owner - white is taken as the basis, gray and beige are added to it. Accent colors are also quite calm - they are blue and yellow-green.

The brightest decorative design element of the apartment is 37 square meters. m. - wall with a geometric pattern in the living room. It contains white, gray and two shades of blue. The clean white ceiling is single-level, which looks pretty simple. But the floor is laid out with a Christmas tree - this makes the interior more dynamic.

For one person, too large storage systems are not needed. In the living room there is a wardrobe, part of the shelves of which is closed, and part forms an open rack for books and the master collection of machines, in addition there are small tables for TV.

Much attention in the interior design of a 1-room apartment is given to the light. In the living room two large pendant lamps set the tone above the sofa area. Ceiling spots illuminate the working area near the window and the storage area, the wall with the TV is highlighted by a profile of LEDs.

In the kitchen, in addition to the square-shaped ceiling lights, the working area is illuminated with light bulbs hanging from the ceiling on long cords.

The main principles in the design of the interior of a 1-room apartment are following modern trends, low-priced items of furniture and decor, strict forms and simple materials. The resulting style can be called one of the variants of minimalism.

Since when creating a design apartment 37 square. m. it was not possible to expand the bathroom, decided to abandon the bath, replacing it with a spacious shower. The bathroom is lit with spotlights and illuminated by the mirror.

If almost all the rooms in the apartment are decorated in soothing colors, with the exception of a very bright apron in the kitchen and a decorative wall in the living room, the color scheme in the bathroom is more vivid: stripes of blue, white, beige, brown, gray and milky alternate on the walls and floor. shades give dynamics and expressiveness.
