Design of a three-room apartment of 80 square meters. m. for a young couple performed in a modern style, combining classic elements with the simplicity of the Scandinavian style.
Layout
Since the premises initially had a convenient layout, the changes that had to be made were small. The necessary rooms for the parents and the child were already there; besides, spacious balconies adjoined them. The location of the bathroom between the rooms is also very convenient.
To increase the area of the rooms, balconies were attached to them, removing window and door blocks and additionally warming. The footage of both rooms is almost the same, one turned into a bedroom for parents, the other for a child.
Entrance hall
The entrance area is practically not separated from the common living space in which the kitchen unit, dining room and living area are located. To the left of the entrance door, a wall-mounted storage system takes up the entire height.
The central doors - mirrored, located on the edges - white. Shingled wardrobe insert dark walnut veneer gives the whole composition elegance and originality. To the right of the entrance is a small console table on which to put a handbag or gloves. The table is made according to the sketches of designers. The wall above it is decorated with mirrors of Barcelona design.
Kitchen-living room
After all redevelopments in the interior of a 3-room apartment of 80 square meters. a large common area was formed, in which three functional zones were immediately located: kitchen, dining and living room. At the same time, the functionality of all zones meets the highest requirements.
Thus, the cooking zone has three separate units: a large storage system, a work surface with an integrated electric stove and a work surface with an integrated sink. In the storage system, two of the four tall columns are set aside for products, dishes and other necessary kitchen utensils, and in two of them there are home appliances - a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave.
Between the storage system and the window - a convenient work surface. A hob is built into the wood worktop, a white glossy apron looks visually making the kitchen lighter and more spacious. Under the window is another working area, it has a stone countertop with a sink, rolling in the window sill. A washing machine and a dishwasher are hidden downstairs.
To compensate for the difference in height of the sill block and working surfaces, tabletops of different thickness were used: wooden, made of oak, has a thickness of 50 mm, and black quartz - 20 mm.
In the modern design of a three-room apartment of 80 square meters. The chandelier in the dining area has become a bright, distinctive accent. She was placed there at the request of the owners of the apartment. To counterbalance the severity of the classic chandelier, three modern Shot Glass luminaires were placed around. This unusual decision also changes the perception of a very traditional and somewhat ponderous dining group, facilitating it.
The living area is simple and elegant: the beige-gray sofa Nimo Barcelona Design is located along the window, opposite to it is the television area: the design of open shelves and a large niche for TV aligns stylistically with the storage system of the entrance area.
The tables for magazines of the Zara home collection serve as the decorative accent of the living room composition, and the bright mustard armchair of elegant shape serves as the color accent. The classic white wall of the living room, decorated with moldings of plaster and a shelf mounted on consoles, echoes the style of the dining room group and gently contrasts with the modern forms of furniture, creating an interesting decorative effect.
Bedroom
In the interior of the bedroom, the Dantone hom bed, made in a classic style, has a high headboard and is surrounded on both sides with soft beige curtains: on the right they cover the working area on the balcony, on the left is a dressing room, which, in order to save space, was not separated by a wall or stationary septum. The curtains are sewn from dense material, the grommets easily slide on the metal rods.
Bedside tables make a slight asymmetry - one of them is made of wood and has a simple rectangular shape, the other - Garda Decor - is round, of silver color, on one leg. Console dressing table - Family Hall.
The former balcony has become a study: on the right is a table for a computer, next to it is a soft comfortable chair, on the left is a bookcase, the upper part of which can also be used as a table.
In order for the design of the apartment to look solid, it is necessary to repeat in the decoration of the premises not only colors, but also texture. The wall of the balcony under the window is decorated with brick and painted white, just like the wall with the windows in the kitchen.
Children's
Bright pastel colors were used in the decoration of the child’s room, which made her very comfortable. The furniture is also light. The carpet on the floor is almost the same as in the living room, they differ only in color.
The moldings along the ceiling and on one of the walls support the classic style of the apartment. The geometric pattern on the Cole & Son Whimsical wallpaper on the wall near the couch and opposite it is softened with delicate flowers. The other two walls are painted.
Roomy oak cabinet "antique" echoes the trim aged boards space under the windowsill. A white shelf for books on the style repeats the same in the parents' bedroom and is made to order. All these details organically merge into the general style of the interior of a 3-room apartment of 80 sq. M. m
The former balcony, attached to the room, performs two functions at once: on the sides they put storage systems in white, and in the center a play area was formed. Large knitted ottomans and two low tables - here you can not only play, but also draw and practice sculpting.
In order to keep the game area warm, a "warm floor" system was used in the balcony area. The center of the playing area is lit up immediately by five Cosmorelax Colored lamps, hanging from the ceiling on multi-colored cords.
Bathroom
The bathroom is the most luxurious room of the apartment. It has oriental notes in its design due to the use of blue Moroccan tiles of unusual shape "arabesque", custom-made and crystal lamps: a round pendant in the washroom area and two semi-circular wall sconces over the bath bowl.
The ceiling and walls are painted with Little Greene Brighton. A suspended wooden bollard, in which the sink was inscribed, was also made to order. The washroom is decorated with a round-shaped Fratelli Barri Palermo mirror in a silver-colored frame.
