Design apartment 58 square. m., in which the young family will live, designed in bright colors, and decorated in a modern style, combining the features of minimalism, loft and "Scandinavian" accents. The main desire of the customers was the equipment of a sufficient number of places for storage, which they managed to put into practice.
Apartment layout 58 square. m
The apartment initially had a very wide corridor, whose area was wasted. Therefore, the author of the project decided to attach it to the living room - as a result, a spacious, bright space was obtained. To visually separate the entrance area, in the place where the walls were previously, we strengthened wooden beams. The bathroom and the bathroom, which had been located in different places before, were combined and allocated a place for laundry. The entrance area from the kitchen was separated by a solid partition.
Color solution
The interior of the apartment is 58 sq. M. m. used two shades of wallpaper: it is light beige as the main and gray as an additional. The decorative walls in each room stand out against the neutral background of the wallpaper: in the rooms colored patterns are painted on them, and the design of the bathroom is lined with tiles of different shades of chocolate tone.
Living room design
The design of the apartment is 58 sq. M. m living room assigned the role of the main room. As a wall covering, the designer chose wallpaper - this is not only a budget, but also a very beautiful option. The tree is perfectly combined with their light tones - the beams that separate the entrance area are veneered with natural oak, the floor is covered with “White frost” oak floorboard.
If the living room is visually separated from the entrance area, then it is fenced off from the kitchen by a furniture rack, in which the owners will store books, as well as put decor items on the open shelves. Openwork metal table serves as the main decoration in the design of the living room. Black and white stripes of the carpet and cushion give the interior expressiveness. The sofa itself has a gray upholstery and almost blends with the background, while it is extremely comfortable to sit. The rectangular armchair with dark green upholstery was purchased at IKEA.
Kitchen Design
To place everything necessary in the kitchen zone, the top row of cabinets was made according to the sketches of the author of the project. These unusual cabinets are divided into two separate levels: the lower will store what you need to have on hand, the upper - what is not used so often.
One of the kitchen walls in the interior of an apartment of 58 sq. M. lined with dark gray granite, rolling in an apron over the working surface on the adjacent wall. The contrast of cold granite with the gloss of white facades of the lower row of cabinets and the warm texture of the wood of the upper row creates an original interior effect.
Bedroom design
The bedroom is small, so in order to fully utilize the living space, the furniture was decided to be made according to author’s sketches. The head of the bed occupies the entire wall, and smoothly into the bedside tables.
The design of the apartment is 58 sq. M. m. in each room there is a wall with the same pattern, but different colors. In the bedroom, the accent wall near the headboard is green. Right above the bed is a decorative mirror in the shape of a heart. It not only decorates the bedroom, but also brings an element of romance into the interior.
Hallway design
The main storage systems are located in the entrance area. These are two large closets, part of one of them is reserved for casual shoes and outerwear.
Bathroom design
Plumbing premises in an apartment of 58 sq. M. m two: in one place a toilet, sink and bath, in the other organized a mini-laundry. Practically invisible doors lead to these premises: they have no baseboards, and the canvases are covered with the same wallpaper as the walls around them. In the interior of the laundry room built a rack - there will be stored household supplies.
