The project of a two-level apartment was created in the style defined by the customers themselves: the young family wanted the interior to combine the principles of Scandinavian minimalism and eco-style. The area of the apartment is 69 sq. M. m., however, it was necessary to place everything necessary for life.
In addition to the entrance area, bathroom, bathroom and kitchen, it was planned to create a living room, a bedroom for a young couple, a room for the child, as well as the allocation of space for sports activities. The modern level of comfort also implies the presence of a dressing room, and a small laundry room.
White was used as the main color, monotony was avoided by applying different textures: in the bathroom it is white glossy tile, in the parents' and future children's bedroom - white-painted brick. Part of the walls in the apartment is decorated with a special coating on which you can write with chalk. The floors in the two-level attic apartment are finished with two types of coatings: it is oak flooring and gray tile "under concrete". Both floors of the apartment are united by a single color range, individual rooms differ in decor and color accents.
Entrance hall
The entrance area is small, so there is little equipment. Shelves for storing shoes at the same time serves as a bench for pereobuvaniya. Outerwear hooks are mounted on the wall opposite it - they will serve as a hanger. In addition, there is a stand under the umbrellas - on top it is closed with a small round table top, where you can put keys or a small bag.
A large mirror allows you to see yourself in full growth. If you push it away - the entrance to the pantry-laundry room opens. Wooden slats separate the hallway from the living room - this solution allows you to visually separate these zones, while not narrowing the space.
Living-dining room
On the second floor of a two-level attic apartment there is a staircase located almost in the center of the room. It divides the main room into a dining and living area. A full-wall wardrobe is located behind the stairs and serves to unite these zones. In the shelves, closed doors, you can store books, records and other things, the open sections are intended for collections of models that collect owners.
The dining group consists of a table made of aged wood - this gives the room coziness and warmth. Wishbone metal chairs in rich yellow serve as a bright accent in the dining room interior. Additionally, the dining group is accented with a black-colored pendant lamp with glass shades.
Kitchen
The project of a two-level apartment in this part of the room is designed in a strict black and white color scheme. Two walls - at the window and near the working surface - are covered with black slate paint: you can write on it with chalk. This coating serves as a kitchen "apron". The white wall opposite the window opening is painted with magnetic paint: there will be a collection of magnets, which are usually hung on the refrigerator.
The kitchen island combines the working and cooking surfaces, as well as the bar counter. Near it - exclusive Indonesian chairs. Ecological orientation of the interior is emphasized by the seats made of the rare Soar tree. This addition makes the kitchen elegant and expensive.
Hall of the second floor and children's room
The spacious hall performs not only the function of providing access to the rooms on the second floor, but also serves as a gym. In addition, part of the hall is allocated in a separate children's area. Built-in closet accommodates exercise equipment for sports activities.
Most of the hall is occupied by the children's room for the unborn child. It is separated from the common space by glass partitions encased in metal profiles. Inside there is a working area for classes and a podium for sleeping. There is an open hanger instead of a wardrobe.
Bedroom
In addition to the bed, the project of a two-level apartment provides in-room storage system and a dedicated place to work. In addition, the hostess of the house had a large make-up mirror, which successfully fitted into the interior of the bedroom.
The second floor is located in the attic, and the different height of the walls created additional difficulties for designers. The working corner from the main room of the bedroom was separated with wooden slats - a favorite method of the authors of the project.
The host’s hobbies are very masculine: motorcycles, hard rock, so the brutal elements were added to the design of the working area: the tabletop was made of sawn logs, and the wall was bricked up with white paint. The same wall and at the head of the bed.
Bathrooms
The interior of the master bathroom is designed in the same style as the entire interior of a two-level attic apartment. Tiled walls imitate brickwork, the floor is gray "under concrete", the same as in the entrance area and in the kitchen. The same tile is closed installation for the toilet. Curbstones and shelves are veneered with light wood - this combination of colors and textures creates a feeling of warmth and comfort.
Instead of a bath, there is a shower cabin, in the wall of which a niche for bath cosmetics is made. A wide wooden frame around the mirror in the washbasin area, its lower part serves as a shelf for toothbrushes and other accessories.
A bathroom for guests is located near the entrance door to the apartment. The floor and installation, as in the master bathroom, are tiled under the "concrete". The walls are painted white - except for the one that is located behind the installation. It is painted with black paint, on which you can write with chalk - just like two walls in the kitchen.
Between the sink and the installation - built-in rack wall, over which there is a hatch that provides access to communications. The rack is used as a stand for air freshener, roll of toilet paper and other small items. The interior of the guest bathroom is completed with a round mirror suspended above the sink on a black strap.
