The project of the one-room studio apartment: designer Natalia Liventsova

The project of a one-room studio apartment in Moscow was designed by designer Natalya Liventsova. It was necessary to transform a typical "odnushku" in modern housing for the girl.

The initial layout turned out to be rather unsuccessful; there was a wall between the corridor and the kitchen that could not be removed. In order to turn the lack of an apartment into dignity, the designer built another wall, and received two voluminous niches - from the kitchen side, a refrigerator was built into one of them, and a storage system from the hallway.

Since the area of the apartment is small, the designer chose minimalism as the main style - it is perfectly suited for small spaces. The living room and bedroom areas are combined: the sofa serves as a resting place during the daytime, and a sleeping place at night.

The main color of the interior is white. Light walls, ceilings and even the floor visually expand the room and add light. Mirror trim elements enhance this effect.

In the project of a one-room studio apartment, a minimum of decor is used - colored textiles and black frames of TV panels and prints on the wall in the sofa area. The main decorative role is taken by the finishing elements - wood texture in the furniture and floor covering, as well as a combination of the gloss of the facades and the rough surface of the walls.

In addition to the built-in wardrobe in the hallway, there are additional storage systems. This is a wardrobe, occupying one of the walls in the living room, as well as shelves for books above the workplace at the window. In addition, the section of the wall between the sofa and the window where the desk was located made a little protruding forward and provided additional light.

The area of the small kitchen is one hundred percent involved. To increase the working surface, the window sill was raised - now it is at the same height as the main part of the desktop, and it is convenient to use it.

The dining table was replaced with a small bar counter - this is a completely modern option, saving space and bringing the energy of youth to the atmosphere of the room.
