In the design of the apartment 67 square meters. The main difficulty was to organize sufficient lighting: the second floor, tall trees under the windows created a natural barrier to light. Since trees cannot be cut down, we had to add light “from the inside,” using interesting design techniques — we used glass blocks and glass panels to pass daylight, and also carefully thought out the whole lighting scheme.
According to the customer, a modern, beautiful apartment should be interesting and have a difficult organized space. At the same time, the use of various textures, the use of bright interior accents are not excluded.
The layout of the apartment could not be significantly changed because of the construction of the house, and both bedrooms were left in their original form. The main changes affected the kitchen and living room - they were combined into one.

Since the lighting in the apartment is insufficient, we had to work on creating light scenarios. There are many luminaires in the apartment, and they solve different tasks: some create ambient light, some produce directional, point beams of light, all this is complemented by light accents and linear lighting.
The design of the apartment is 67 sq. M. There are no random pieces of furniture, all of them were selected so as to not only perform a specific function, but also serve as a decorative element in the interior. The bed serves as a bright accent in the bedroom, but according to the idea of the authors, the sofa in the living room should be merged with the background. In addition, the upholstery was selected taking into account the fact that a dog will live in the apartment.
Apartment design 67 sq. M. m. also included a change in the entrance area. The corridor and the guest bedroom were divided using a complex wall, which made it possible to fit a large wardrobe and a shoe cabinet in the entrance area, and an additional storage space in the guest bedroom.
Although, in general, there is not much storage space, but it is quite enough for a hostess who does not like to accumulate unnecessary things.
In the design project of a 3-room apartment there is a large wardrobe, almost the entire length of the wall in the master bedroom, and in the entrance area for storing outer clothing there is a wardrobe with a sliding door. Even the guest bedroom has a wardrobe.
In a modern beautiful apartment, each room should have its own mood, its own range and accents. The living room has a discreet character; graphic solutions and colors of nature prevail in it: beige, sepia, ocher. The rest of the rooms are brighter, while all use color accents, play textures, as well as ornaments from the ornaments.
The design project of a 3-room apartment includes elements of different styles. So, for example, in the bedroom on one of the walls a brickwork appeared from the loft, only here it has a delicate gray color, “adding” the natural tones of lighting to the interior.
The owner of the apartment prefers bright and extraordinary decisions, which was taken into account when decorating the apartment. And for her dog, the designers made a special space - a special chair in the bedroom, and a place for washing in the form of a shower tray in the bathroom.
The design project of a 3-room apartment is thought out in such a way that it would be possible to use in the decor a collection of various curiosities that the hostess brought over their foreign tours. In addition, the painting “Standing Chihuahua” appeared in the living room, and in the bedroom - several paintings using the theme of the sea.
The result was an eclectic and very modern, beautiful apartment that combines elements of different styles: there is minimalism, loft, ecostyle, and ethno style. Light schemes and furniture functionality are taken from minimalism, ethno - complex textures for decoration, eco-style “gave” the bedroom a wooden wall and imitation of stone in the living room area, and loft - brickwork and glass framing with metal.
