Design of one-room apartment 38 meters in the house of the KOPE series

The designers turned one-room apartment in the house of the KOPE series into a cozy modern living space for a girl who likes to travel, often on business trips in New York, leading an active lifestyle. Hobby zakazchitsy - photographing the New York streets - gave the interior idea: to decorate the walls of the apartment with photos taken by her mistress. In addition, on the wall with a photo posted a stylish inscription in English.

The overall style of the interior is modern, very calm and neutral. There is nothing superfluous, every detail is aimed at creating an atmosphere of relaxation and rest after a busy day.

Kitchen

Furniture for the kitchen ordered in the factory "Stylish Kitchen". The angular location made it possible to place many storage places. The lower tier of the cabinets has the color "gray oak", the upper one has white glossy surfaces that reflect light and make the kitchen more spacious. The lower cabinets and the worktop form the corner, the designers placed the top row of the lockers just over one part of the kitchen, leaving the other wall free - an original asymmetrical composition was obtained.

The oven was removed from under the stove and mounted into a semi-column - it is much more convenient to use it. The glass apron adds brilliance and reflections, thanks to which the dimensions of the room seem larger. The working surface is illuminated with Tobias Grau spotlights, which are easy to turn in the right direction.

A small dining area, consisting of a round table and two plastic chairs, is accented with an Infiore flower suspension made from modern plastic (Lagranja Design). The kitchen space expands the balcony - a wide window sill of white painted wood serves as a bar counter, next to it are several tall stools.

Bedroom

To make the room seem larger, the designers used the effect of reflection: a large mirror was hung on the wall, fixing it on the frame receding from the wall. Above made the backlight LEDs - this gives the design lightness and airiness.

At the same time, the frame serves as a conduit for electrical wiring and cords leading to the television panel - this made it possible to hang it directly on the mirror plane. For the convenience of watching television, a bracket is provided that can be turned either to the sofa or to the bed.

In the design of a one-room apartment of 38 meters high-quality natural finishing materials were used. Sanderson Orlando Velvet and Sanderson Options Plain fabrics were chosen for the bedroom decor. The walls in the bedroom are painted with paint produced in England by Little Greene Rolling Fog, in the kitchen used a shade of Little Greene French Gray, in the entrance area - Little Greene Joanna.

The soft headboard was made to order according to design sketches. Even the switches in the apartment are exclusive - firms Gira Esprit. Only natural materials are used in their production, for example, in this case, the switches have white glass frames.

The Quick-Step laminate flooring imitating vintage white oak was laid on the floor in the bedroom: Largo collection. The white glossy doors of the Barausse Bianco ON serve the same idea as the mirrors - thanks to them the apartment seems brighter and more spacious.

Bathroom

In the design of a one-room apartment of 38 meters, much attention was paid to the functionality of the premises. So, the bathroom was combined with a toilet, which allowed to win the area and take a special place in the corridor for the closet, which has a washing machine.

The bowl of the bath is separated from the wash area by a glass partition. Under the sink on the artificial stone countertop - made according to the drawings of designers stand, very convenient to use: the drawers can be opened by simply pressing. The cabinet of wenge color is in harmony with the tone of the floor, and so that it does not seem too bulky, a strip of LEDs is laid from below: due to the backlight, the effect of floating the object in the air is created.

The toilet is placed in a niche specially allocated for it. The wall behind it is decorated with a mosaic, which is underlined by the backlight of LEDs, mounted on the box with the installation of the toilet.

When finishing the bathroom, Italian tile Fap Cheramiche and water-resistant Sanderson Gray Birch paint were used. The floors are lined with large-format ceramic granite tiles of dark brown color, an interesting texture. Porcelain tiles manufactured by Atlas Concirde.
