Apartment 49 sq. M. m the efforts of designers turned into a studio decorated in an unusual, creative way - in accordance with the character of its owner.
Plan
The main idea is to transform flat in bright colors in free space in which there is a lot of light and air. No serious redevelopment was needed: the partitions that formed the corridor and “devoured” part of the square were removed, due to which it was possible to enlarge the bathroom. One door apartments in pastel colors replaced by a glass partition.
The kitchen, dining room and living room did not divide, they form a single space. AT apartment 49 square. m under the bedroom allocated 9 square meters. there is no wall between the bedroom and the living room: curtains help to create a feeling of an isolated room.
Materials
For finishing apartments in pastel colors only natural materials were used. Brickwork - imitation with plaster. The floor of the oak planks is artificially aged and tinted with gray, which allows it not to stand out against the general background. Textiles in the project are also natural, of natural color - this is coarse flax, with almost no processing.
AT apartment 49 square. m it is quite a lot: it consists of two “walls” that enclose the sleeping area, it is also used as curtains and for upholstering the sofa in the living room area. Apartment in bright colors sustained in almost the same color - gray, this allowed us to remove the boundaries as much as possible, visually expand the room.
Kitchen
The owner of the apartment is a man; cooking is not his “horse,” so the kitchen turned out to be very unusual. Plywood modules appeared in the cooking zone. They move easily, and can form an additional table, or gather in an “island” in the middle of the kitchen. They can be “diluted” in different corners and even rearranged to another zone. A similar principle used by designers in apartment 49 square. m in the arrangement of the hallway.
Bedroom
To make it easier to breathe, the bed is separated from the living room not by walls, but by linen curtains. They also serve as a screen for a home cinema, equipped with small speakers with high-quality sound and decorated in a minimalist style, very suitable for the overall design of the apartment.
Bathroom
Bath room in this apartment in bright colors also very light, white plumbing in a retro style gently stands out against a gray “brickwork”, covered with tempered glass on top.
